In the "Red" series I took on the challenge of William Eggleston, who claimed, among other things, that photographing the color red was very difficult.  It interested me in seeing if, in fact, I could replicate what I witnessed, which I feel that I did.  The project became intriguing not just in searching for things red, but in making a photo of the color red as opposed to just taking a picture because red was present.  The series was started in the 1990s and is added to every year.  Red has captured my attention.
